40ft Obstacle Course — Frequently Asked Questions
What's inside the obstacle course?
The 40ft course typically includes entry tunnels, crawl-through sections, climbing walls or pop-up obstacles, and a finishing slide at the exit end. The exact configuration is shown in the product images — participants enter one end and race through to the other.
How do you run it at a field day?
Most common format: timed individual runs where each participant is timed from entry to exit, then you rank by fastest time. Can also run head-to-head elimination brackets or relay races with teams. We recommend a start/finish line setup with an adult at each end to manage flow and safety.
How many people can use it at once?
The 40ft course typically runs one participant at a time (or two side-by-side if the course is wide enough for dual lanes — check the Sizes tab). This format creates a race atmosphere that's actually more exciting for the crowd than multiple simultaneous users.
What surface does it need?
Flat grass is preferred. We stake and anchor the course securely. Hard surfaces can work in some cases — call (810) 221-1580 to discuss your specific venue.
What do I need to provide?
One or more standard outdoor electrical outlets for the blower motors. We handle all delivery, setup, and breakdown. No water needed — this is a dry unit.
Can it pair with other rentals?
Absolutely — the 40ft Obstacle Course pairs great with bounce houses, dunk tanks, games, and concessions for a complete field day or carnival setup. Call (810) 221-1580 to build your full event package.
Do you offer a COI?
Yes — Certificates of Liability Insurance available for parks, schools, churches, and public venues. Request your COI here.
