When Renting A Dunk Tank What Does The Dunk Tank Company Provide?

• 100’ of Hose: For filling the dunk tank.
• Heated Water (Optional): Heated water at the time of fill-up if using a garden hose.
• Balls: We provide balls for throwing at the target.
• Liability Insurance: Click here for a certificate.

What Does the Renter Provide?

• Flat Ground: The area where the tank will be placed must be level.
• Water Hook-Up: Access to a water source for filling the tank.
• Dunkee(s): The star of the show!
• Operator: Someone to supervise the activity and ensure safety.
• Park Access (If Required): Any necessary permissions or entrance fees for parks.

Dunk Tank Specifications

• How many gallons is the tank?
  The tank holds 500 gallons of water.

• How deep is the tank?
  The water is 48 inches deep.

• How wide is the tank?
  The bucket is 5’ 3” wide.

• How wide does my gate need to be for setup?
  At least 6’ wide to allow for easy access.

Water & Setup Questions

• How cold is the water?
  The water temperature typically ranges between 60 and 70 degrees.

• How long does it take to fill the tank?

  • 35 minutes with city water (no heat).
  • 1-4 hours with well water (no heat).
  • 2-4 hours with city water and heat.
  • 2-5 hours with well water and heat.

• What happens to the water after the event?
  The tank is drained in the area it was set up, or you can pump the water elsewhere before we arrive.

Rental Duration & Pricing

• How long is my rental?
  Rentals are up to 20 hours before a second-day charge applies.

• What if I want the tank for a second day?
  A second day is $125.

• What if my party goes late?
  We can pick up the next day. Please drain the tank if it’s not in a secure area.

Safety & Miscellaneous Questions

• Do I have to heat the tank?
  No, heating is optional.

• Is the water treated?
  We do not add chemicals to the water.

• Is the dunk tank safe for kids?
  Yes, but children under 5’ tall must be supervised by an adult and wear a life jacket.

Bounce Houses

What surfaces are suitable for setting up a bounce house? Bounce houses can be set up on grass, concrete, asphalt, or indoor surfaces. Ensure the area is flat, clean, and free of debris.

Do you provide attendants to supervise the bounce house? Yes, upon request, we can provide trained attendants to supervise the bounce house during your event.

Are bounce houses safe for toddlers? Yes, we offer bounce houses suitable for younger children with lower height and age-appropriate designs.

What is the weight limit for a bounce house? Weight limits vary by model, but generally, each bounce house can accommodate 600 to 1,000 pounds. Please refer to the specific product details for exact limits.

Can adults use the bounce houses? Some of our bounce houses are designed to accommodate adults. Please check the product specifications or contact us for recommendations.

Waterslides

Is water provided for the waterslide rental? No, renters must provide access to a water source and a garden hose to reach the setup area.

How is the water drained after the event? Water is typically drained on-site in the setup area. If you prefer, you can redirect the water to another location before we arrive for pickup.

Are the waterslides safe for all ages? We offer waterslides suitable for various age groups. Please refer to the product descriptions to choose the appropriate slide for your guests.

Do I need to supervise the waterslide during the event? Yes, adult supervision is required at all times to ensure the safety of all participants.

Can the waterslide be set up on an incline? For safety reasons, waterslides should be set up on a flat, level surface.

Foam Parties

What is included in a foam party rental? Our foam party package includes a foam machine, solution, and a trained operator to manage the equipment during your event.

Is the foam safe for skin and clothing? Yes, our foam solution is non-toxic, hypoallergenic, and safe for skin and clothing.

How much space is needed for a foam party? We recommend a minimum area of 20x20 feet for optimal foam fun.

Can foam parties be held indoors? Yes, foam parties can be held indoors with proper ventilation and drainage. Please discuss venue specifics with us prior to booking.

How long does the foam last? The foam lasts as long as the machine is operating. We offer packages with varying durations to suit your event needs.
