Unit Won't Inflate or Inflates Slowly
- Confirm the blower is plugged in and the outlet has power — try a different outlet if needed
- Check that the blower tube is securely connected to the unit's inflation port
- Make sure all zipper access panels are fully zipped closed
- Inspect the unit for any visible holes or damage — if found, stop use immediately and call us
Unit Deflating During Use
- Verify the blower is still running — check if a breaker was tripped
- Make sure the blower tube hasn't disconnected during activity
- Inspect seams and zipper areas for any gaps
- Ensure the blower air intake isn't blocked by debris or fabric
Waterslide / Slip n Slide Not Working
- Confirm the garden hose is connected at the top of the slide and water is running
- Check hose pressure — the flow should be steady, not a trickle
- Look for any kinks in the hose preventing flow
- Ensure the slip n slide portion is lying flat with no obstructions
Slide Too Dry or Not Slippery
- Increase water flow to the top of the slide
- Make sure the hose nozzle is directing water along the full length of the slide
- A small amount of baby shampoo on the slide surface can improve slip (use sparingly)
Blower Overheating or Shutting Off
- Move the blower to a shaded location — direct sunlight causes overheating
- Clear any debris or fabric blocking the blower's air intake
- If the blower shuts off due to heat, allow 5 minutes to cool before restarting
