Our Tent Rental Options
20x40 High Peak Frame Tent — $400
Our most versatile and premium option. The 20x40 High Peak is a frame-style tent — no stakes required, making it the only choice when you need to set up on concrete, asphalt, pavement, or any hard surface. It can be placed directly on driveways, parking lots, patios, or paved event spaces without driving anything into the ground. High Peak tents can also be set up side by side with no gap required, making them ideal for scaling up a covered area. At 20x40 feet, this tent comfortably covers a large seating area, buffet line, or multiple event zones. Perfect for graduation parties, wedding receptions, corporate events, and any event where hard-surface setup is a must.
20x40 Pole Tent — $300
A beautiful, traditional-style tent for grass and soft-ground events. The 20x40 Pole Tent requires stakes to be driven into the ground and must be set up on soft ground — grass, soil, or similar surfaces. It cannot be used on concrete, asphalt, or other hard surfaces. When using multiple pole tents, space must be left between each tent for proper staking. This tent is a great value option for backyard events, park gatherings, church festivals, and anywhere you have a soft lawn to work with.
20x30 Pole Tent — $275
A slightly smaller pole tent, perfect for more intimate outdoor gatherings or tighter spaces. Like the 20x40 Pole Tent, this requires soft ground and stakes — ideal for grass or soil surfaces only. A great fit for backyard graduation parties, family reunions, and smaller events that still need solid overhead coverage.
10x10 Pop-Up Tent — $25
Our 10x10 Pop-Up Tents are lightweight, quick-setup shade solutions perfect for adding coverage to specific activity zones within a larger event. Think vendor booths, ticket tables, check-in stations, refreshment stations, food concession areas, or parking attendant posts. Running a carnival-style event? Stack several 10x10s together to create a row of themed activity or food stations. They're also a great add-on alongside a larger tent to extend shade coverage into adjacent areas.

- 20' Side Wall — $15 — Attach to any tent to block wind, provide privacy, or shelter guests from weather on the open sides.
- 40' Rain Gutter — $20 — A smart addition when using multiple tents. Channels water runoff away from the space between tents, keeping your event area dry when Michigan weather rolls in.
